A coaching practice for men in transition

Stop
drifting.

A 12-week cohort for men who reached what they were told to want and feel further from themselves than ever — built for people who'd rather make the next decade deliberate than default into it.

Recognise
any of this?

  1. 01You're competent at a life you've stopped caring about.
  2. 02The weeks blur. You couldn't say where the last six months went.
  3. 03You hit the milestones you were told to want. They didn't deliver what they promised.
  4. 04Conversations with the people closest to you have gotten quieter.
  5. 05You're moving — but you couldn't say toward what.
  6. 06There's a version of you that you sense exists, and you can't quite reach him.

A coach in motion, not a guru.

I'm Pascal. A few years ago I was drifting — moving through a life that looked right on paper and felt borrowed. I started doing the work to find my way back to myself, and it changed what I thought I knew about purpose, masculinity, and the patterns we inherit without ever consenting to them.

I'm now training under one of the most respected coaching programmes in the UK to do this work for other men. I'm honest about where I am: I'm a year deeper into this than you might be, with a clear method emerging from real practice — and a refusal to pretend otherwise.

I'm becoming the coach I needed when I was drifting. The men I want to work with can tell I'm being straight with them.

If you'd rather work with someone in motion than someone selling certainty, we should probably talk.

Three movements,
run in order.

Most men are running scripts they never wrote. The work is to surface them, decide what's actually yours, and rebuild from what's left. Not therapy. Not affirmations. Structured, demanding, honest practice.

i.

See the script.

Surface the patterns, inherited stories, and quiet rules that have been running you. Most men have never named theirs out loud — naming them changes their grip.

ii.

Reclaim authorship.

Distinguish what's actually yours from what was handed down. Decide which parts you keep, which you retire, and which you take responsibility for rewriting.

iii.

Build deliberately.

Translate clarity into structure — relationships, work, body, time. The next decade designed, not defaulted into. Real practices, real accountability, real change you can feel by week six.

Cohort.

What you receive

  • A weekly 1:1 with me. 60 minutes. Direct work on what's actually in your way.
  • A weekly group call with the other men in the cohort. 90 minutes.
  • Access between sessions when something cracks open and you need to think out loud.
  • The full method — refined alongside you in real time, not pre-packaged.
  • A coach in motion, with full attention on a small group, before the price reflects the results.

What I'm asking in return

  • Honest weekly feedback on what's landing and what isn't.
  • A written testimonial at the end, if the work delivered.
  • Consent to use your case as a study (anonymised if you prefer).
  • An introduction to one person you think this would help.
  • That you show up, do the work, and tell me when something doesn't work.
Why no fee, and why this won't last. This is the first cohort I'm running. Future cohorts will be paid, and the price will reflect the results these first eight men create together. You're not paying with money — you're paying with feedback, presence, and a willingness to be the person this practice was built around. If that exchange feels right, write to me below.

No long form. Four questions. I read every one personally and reply within a week. If we're a fit for the cohort, we'll have a 30-minute conversation before either of us commits.

This is for men 28–55, in a season of question marks, not in active mental-health crisis (this is coaching, not therapy), and willing to do real work.

Based in South Wales, I coach men locally across the surrounding area, in London and across England, and internationally through online sessions.
